This 2022 BRE Aerovault is a MkII standard example that was purchased new by the current owner in June 2022. It features a semi-monocoque chassis composed of 10-gauge aluminum sheet metal attached to 2″x3″ rectangular tubing. The trailer rides on four 15″ wheels shod with Carlisle tires and is equipped with electric drum brakes as well as self-lubricating torsion axles. Additional features include ramps and a winch for loading vehicles, internal storage shelves, rachet straps, a house battery, and a trickle charger. This Aerovault is now offered on dealer consignment in Oregon with an owner’s manual, sales invoice, and a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin.
The Aerovault is a streamlined car trailer designed by Brock Racing Enterprises and built in Henderson, Nevada. This example is a standard-roof model with a fiberglass roof and fenders. The main body measures approximately 18′ 6″ long, 7′ 6″ high, and 8′ 5″ wide.
Steel 15″ wheels are wrapped in Carlisle Radialtrail trailer tires sized 205/75. A spare tire is located inside the trailer. All four wheels are mounted over self-adjusting electric drum brakes, and the suspension consists of Dexter twin 3,500-lb. rubber-ride Torsion Flex self-lubricating axles. Moon disc wheel covers are included in the sale.
The interior measures approximately 80″ wide between the wheel wells, and the standard model is 16’ 7.5” from the tailgate to the front door hinges and 18’ 6” from the tailgate to the front of the trailer.
The curved front end houses a storage shelf, a winch and associated controls, and tie-downs as well as electrical components such as a house battery, a NOCO trickle charger, and power outlets that can be connected to an extension cord.
The trailer does not have a title as it has never been sold to a private party owner. It is being offered with its Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin, and the selling dealer will assist the buyer with registration and titling.
