2017 Borderland Outpost Trailer

This 2017 Borderland Outpost travel trailer is finished in orange and features a steel chassis, three cargo doors, and a tongue-mounted cargo box. Equipment includes a fold-out rooftop tent, a canopy, an exterior shower, a 1500-watt inverter/charger, a 120-watt solar panel, a 30-gallon freshwater tank, an Infinity stereo, and a slide-out kitchen with a propane cooktop. This Borderland overlanding trailer was acquired by the seller in 2017 and is now offered with camping equipment, tableware, and a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.

The body is constructed of steel and was coated with textured lining material and repainted in orange during current ownership. Features include a tongue jack, rear stabilizer rods, shore utility hookups, three cargo doors, an exterior shower, a roof-mounted solar panel, a Rhino-Rack roof rack, telescoping LED area lights, and a tongue-mounted storage box fitted with two axes and a shovel. The seller notes rust is present on the body.

Black 15″ wheels are wrapped in 235/75 Mudstar Radial M/T tires showing 2016 date codes, and a matching spare is mounted on the storage box. The trailer is equipped with drum brakes and a seven-wire trailering harness.

The Tepui rooftop fold-out tent measures 72″x96″x52″ when deployed and features a canvas shell, an aluminum base, a tubular aluminum interior frame, privacy screens, a rain fly, a 2.5″ high-density foam mattress, and a telescoping ladder. An Oztent awning is mounted to the roof rack and can be deployed over the camp side of the trailer. The awning system includes side panels and an accessory four-person tent.

The cargo box features three doors, a padded storage compartment, storage racks, a Dometic refrigerator/freezer, a water heater, a freshwater pump, an Infinity stereo with Bluetooth and SiriusXM capability, Fusion speakers, and a panel with controls for the mechanical and electrical systems. The power equipment includes a 1,500-watt inverter/charger, a 120-watt solar panel, and a 245ah 12-volt AGM battery pack.

The slide-out kitchen includes a Camp Chef two-burner propane removable stove, a stainless-steel wet sink, a spice rack, a magnetic knife bar, and a slide-out storage drawer. A 12-volt-powered freshwater filtration system features a .5-micron carbon filter and a 10-watt germicidal UV lamp.

The package includes tableware, Camp Chef knives and utensils, a coffee pot, one camping table, a portable picnic table, a Camp Chef propane grill, a Camp Chef propane cooktop, four Browning camp chairs, a Hammaka trailer hitch stand with two chairs and a hammock, and a portable toilet.
