This 1975 Airstream Land Yacht is a 26’ dual-axle travel trailer that is said to have been refurbished under previous ownership and subsequently used as a mobile sales office. The trailer is outfitted with a front sitting area, a kitchenette, a rear sofa, a bathroom, and air conditioning. Additional equipment includes tinted glass, seven hinged windows, an awning, 15″ alloy wheels, and shore hookups. This Land Yacht was acquired by the selling dealer in 2021 and is now offered in St. Charles, Missouri, with interior decor, spare parts, and a clean Kentucky title.
The trailer measures approximately 26’ long and features a polished aluminum body, a single entry door, seven hinged windows, a roof-mounted air conditioner, an awning, four stabilizer jacks, and shore hookups. The rear bumper assembly is equipped with a compartment for storing shore hookup gear. The awning fabric has deteriorated, the weatherstripping around the door is cracked, and a number of dents are visible on the body.
Alloy 15″ wheels are mounted with 7.00-15 Load Star tires. The trailer features a 5,800-lb gross vehicle weight rating and is equipped with dual axles and drum brakes. Blemishes are present on the wheel surfaces.
The interior was reportedly refurbished under prior ownership and features woodgrain flooring along with walls trimmed in green leather. The forward sitting area is outfitted with a sofa, a coffee table, a clock, a thermostat, an area rug, and storage compartments. A second sofa is adjacent to the kitchenette, and air conditioning outlets are mounted to the ceiling. The selling dealer states that the interior decor items are included in the sale.
The kitchenette is equipped with marble-style countertops, a sink, a Cuisinart refrigerator, a Nuwave air fryer/oven, a ceiling vent, and residential-style 120-volt power outlets. The overhead storage compartments feature roll-up doors, while the lower cabinets are fitted with hinged doors. A system panel is housed above the sink and is used for controlling the freshwater pump and for monitoring the holding tanks. The rear bathroom is equipped with a pocket door, a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a closet. The selling dealer notes that the plumbing is incomplete, and the condition of the water heater is unknown.
Rust is visible on the underside, and additional underbody photos can be viewed in the gallery below.
