This 1969 Serro Scotty Sportsman travel trailer was the subject of a refurbishment that was initiated under prior ownership and continued after the seller’s acquisition in 2019. Work has involved replacing the aluminum roof, adding an air conditioner and refrigerator, and overhauling the electrical and plumbing systems. Amenities include a removable side awning, a rear sleeping berth, a dinette that converts into a bed, a variety of storage options, and a kitchenette with a sink, two-burner cooktop, and microwave. This Scotty Sportsman trailer is now offered with a Utah title.
The corrugated sides have been repainted in black and white, and polished aluminum panels cover the front, back, and roof. A propane tank, battery, and manual jack are mounted on the tongue. Additional equipment includes a removable side awning, tinted windows, utility hookups, an outdoor shower unit, and LED taillights. A missing exterior light is shown in the gallery along with imperfections in the finish and a repair patch on the roof.
Painted 15″ steel wheels wear chrome baby-moon hubcaps and are wrapped in 205/75 trailer tires. Corrosion is noted on the steel wheels and chrome hubcaps. The wheel bearings were re-packed approximately two years ago.
The interior has been renovated with white walls, blue cabinetry, beige curtains, wood flooring, and USB charging ports. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, laminate countertop, two-burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and fabric storage bins. A penny-round tile backsplash has been installed, and turquoise pulls have been added to the drawers. The closet houses a chrome storage rack, and pegboard has been added to the back of the door.
The forward dinette can be converted into a bed and features inward-facing bench seats, white-trimmed cushions, and a table surface covered in herringbone-patterned wood slats. A hole in the interior ceiling is shown up close in the gallery.
A window air conditioning unit has been installed below the rear sleeping berth, and wicker baskets are stored on the overhead shelf.
