1966 Frolic Travel Trailer

This 1966 Frolic travel trailer is a single-axle model that is finished in white and turquoise. A refurbishment under prior ownership is said to have involved resealing and repainting the body, refreshing the interior, installing a refrigerator, and replacing the wiring and propane tanks. The floor plan features a bed, a kitchenette, and a dinette with bench seating trimmed in floral-pattern cloth upholstery. Amenities include a sink, a range, curtains, and a ceiling-mounted vent. Additional equipment consists of a freshwater tank, electric brakes, a tongue jack, and a rear bumper. The aluminum body was reportedly repainted turquoise and white under prior ownership. Exterior details include hinged windows, aluminum rain deflectors, side-marker lights, taillights, a rear bumper, and Frolic badging. Dual five-gallon propane tanks are mounted on the tongue, and shore-utility connections consist of a freshwater inlet and a drain. A residential-style 110-volt power outlet is located on the camp side of the trailer.

White-painted 15″ steel wheels are fitted with polished hubcaps and wrapped in 205/75 Hi-Run trailer tires, and the wheels are equipped with electrically actuated drum brakes. Dents are visible in the body panels.

The interior is said to have been refreshed under prior ownership, and the work involved refinishing the wood surfaces, replacing the electrical wiring and cushions, and installing a refrigerator and bamboo accents. The kitchenette is outfitted with a gas range, a stainless steel sink, an exhaust hood, storage cabinets, and a 110-volt power outlet, while the dinette features bench seating, a fold-down laminate tabletop, overhead storage, and four windows with curtains.

The sleeping area offers a mattress, a wall sconce, under-bed storage, a 110-volt power outlet, and a window with a woven shade and bamboo trim. A crank-operated ceiling vent is located overhead. The selling dealer states that the interior decor will accompany the trailer.

The chassis is outfitted with a trailer harness, a manual tongue jack, and safety chains. Holes are visible in the belly boards, and rust is present on the frame.

A striped awning with adjustable poles accompanies the trailer along a ground mat and interior decor.
