1960 Lamborghini 2241 R Tractor

This 1960 Lamborghini 2241 R tractor was acquired by the selling dealer out of Italy in 2022 and subsequently refurbished before being imported to the US. The tractor is finished in blue and orange, and power comes from a 1,462cc air-cooled diesel twin linked to a dual-range three-speed manual gearbox and a rear portal axle. Equipment includes headlights, taillights, a rear power take-off shaft, a sprung steel seat, and rear half fenders. This Lamborghini 2241 R is offered by the selling dealer in Cleveland, Georgia, with refurbishment photos, Italian registration documents, and a bill of sale.

The Lamborghini 2241 R was introduced in 1960 and remained in production through 1962. This example was refinished in its current blue and orange during the aforementioned refurbishment in Italy, and factory-style decals are displayed on the forward-hinged engine cover. Equipment includes headlights, taillights, rear half fenders, and a license plate fitted to a mounting panel.

The orange-painted wheels are accented by blue hubs and mounted with 4.00-15 BKT TF-8181 front and 9.5-24 Bleker Grip King rear tires. Stopping power is provided by rear hydraulic drum brakes.

The operator’s station features an orange-painted steel seat with the Lamborghini script stamped across the back. Controls consist of a shifter, range selector, power take-off selector, and split pedals for the rear brakes.

The black three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a painted dash panel that houses an oil pressure gauge and a tachometer. The four-digit hour meter shows 21 hours of runtime, though total operating hours are unknown.

The 1462cc DLA 24 air-cooled diesel twin was factory rated at 24 horsepower and is equipped with Bosch fuel injection.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a dual-range three-speed manual gearbox and a portal axle. The tractor is equipped with a single rear power take-off shaft that is fitted with a black dust cover.

The chassis tag shows the engine type, engine serial number, and peak horsepower.
