This 1960 Ford 601 Workmaster tractor was acquired earlier in 2021 by the seller from its long-term previous owner in Northern California. It is finished in red and gray and is powered by a gasoline-fed 134ci inline-four mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a rear power take-off, a top link, headlights, and a rear-facing spotlight. This Ford tractor is now offered in California with a bill of sale.
The tractor is finished in red with gray fenders and was reportedly repainted under prior ownership. Features include white Ford Workmaster scripts, a radiator guard, a rear power take-off, dual headlights, a rear facing spotlight, a top link, and a three-point hitch assembly.
Gray-painted six-bolt front wheels are mounted with 5.50-16 Tru-Steer F-2 tires, while the eight-bolt rear wheels are wrapped with 12.4-28 Birla Export BT 555 rubber.
The spring-mounted seat is finished in black upholstery, and controls include a clutch pedal on the left, a brake pedal on the right, and a hand throttle behind the three-spoke steering wheel. Gauges monitor amperage, engine temperature, and oil pressure, and the tachometer houses a four-digit hour meter that shows 28 hours. Total operating hours are unknown.
The gasoline-powered 134ci inline-four was factory-rated at 48 horsepower at 2,200 rpm, which is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with reverse.
