This 1954 Ford NAA Golden Jubilee tractor was refurbished circa 2018 and acquired by the seller in 2019. The 134ci Red Tiger inline-four was rebuilt and the clutch was replaced in the four-speed manual transmission, while the body, drivetrain, and wheels were refinished in gray and red. The tractor is equipped with a three-point hitch, rear power take-off, live hydraulic system, a 12-volt electrical system, independent rear drum brakes, headlights, and a taillight. This Golden Jubilee Tractor is now offered at no reserve with service documentation, an owner’s manual, manufacturer’s literature, and a bill of sale.
The Ford NAA Golden Jubilee was introduced for the 1953 model year and featured a streamlined hood along with an enamel badge commemorating the marque’s 50th anniversary. The engine cover and fenders on this example were repainted gray under prior ownership, while the chassis and drivetrain have been refinished in red. Equipment includes headlights, rear half fenders, a taillight, and a slotted grille. The sheet metal below the grille is believed to have been replaced.
Gray-finished steel wheels are accented by red hubs and bolts and are mounted with 6.00-16″ Firestone tires in the front and 11.2-28″ Farmer AS tires in the rear. Stopping power is from independent rear drum brakes. Refurbishment work reportedly included replacing the brakes and axle seals in addition to rebuilding the steering box.
The black-finished tilting steel seat is mounted on a flat spring and wears a red and white vinyl cover with a Ford insignia. Controls consist of a hand throttle, a shifter, twin pedals for the individual rear brakes, and levers for the PTO and hydraulic system. The left footrest and the keyed ignition switch have been replaced.
The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of gauges for amperage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure as well as a reverse-sweep proofmeter. The hour meter shows 3 hours, and the seller notes that the gauges were replaced during the refurbishment. Total runtime is unknown.
The 134ci Red Tiger overhead-valve inline-four was rebuilt under a previous ownership, and work is said to have included grinding the crankshaft and valves in addition to replacing the pistons, main bearings, and rod bearings. The electrical system was converted to 12 volts and the gaskets, oil pump, water pump, and exhaust system were replaced. Also at that time, the four-speed manual transmission received a replacement input shaft seal and clutch. The oil filter cartridge has been adapted to a spin-on filter, and an oil and filter change were completed in 2024.
The tractor is equipped with a three-point hitch assembly with stabilizer brackets, a rear power take-off with a shaft cover, and a live hydraulic system.
