This 1952 Ford 8N tractor is said to have remained under the ownership of a single family until it was acquired by the seller in 2022. The tractor is finished in gray with a red chassis and running gear, and power is from a 120ci inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a grille guard, headlights, a rear power take-off, and a three-point hitch. This 8N tractor is now offered at no reserve in Missouri with a bill of sale.
The engine cover and fenders were reportedly repainted gray with red Ford script under prior ownership, while the frame, drivetrain, suspension, and wheel hubs have been refinished in red. Features include headlights, a grille guard, rear half fenders, and side steps. The left side step is dented, and the right step is cracked.
Gray-painted wheels wear 6.00-16 Firestone tires up front and 11.2-28 BFGoodrich tires out back. Cracks are visible in the front tires. The tractor is equipped with independent rear drum brakes.
The operator’s station features a black steel seat suspended on a single flat spring. Controls consist of a hand throttle behind the steering wheel, a clutch pedal on the left, and twin brake levers on the right. The shift lever and starter button are mounted on top of the transmission case.
The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of gauges for temperature and oil pressure as well as a reverse-sweep “Proofmeter” combined tachometer and speedometer. The hour meter shows 4 hours of runtime, though total operating hours are unknown.
The gasoline-powered 120ci side-valve inline-four was factory rated at 92 lb-ft of torque at 1,500 rpm, and power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The seller notes that the engine leaks oil.
A hydraulically-lifted three-point hitch assembly is mounted at the rear.
