This 1950 Ford 8N utility tractor was refurbished approximately four years ago with work that included a repaint in gray and red and a conversion to a 12-volt electrical system. Power is provided by a gasoline-fed 120ci L-head inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a rear power take-off, independent brakes, a fender-mounted toolbox, a rear-mounted spotlight, and a Proofmeter. This 8N is now offered by the selling dealer at no reserve with a North Carolina bill of sale.

The sheet metal has been refinished in gray with red Ford scripts, while the frame, drivetrain, suspension, and wheel hubs were repainted red. Features include a grille guard, dual headlights, a rear-facing spotlight, and a fender-mounted toolbox.

Body-color wheels are wrapped in Tacoma 6.00–16 tires up front, and those at the rear wear 12.4–28 Safemark Multi-Angle tires that show sidewall cracks.

The seat is mounted on a single flat spring and covered by a red vinyl cushion with Ford branding and white piping. Controls consist of a hand throttle behind the steering wheel, a clutch by the left foot, and twin levers for the independent brakes on the right. The shift lever sits next to the starter pedal atop the transmission case. Ammeter and oil-pressure gauges flank the steering column, and a Proofmeter tachometer to the lower right houses a four-digit hour meter that shows 3.7 hours; actual chassis mileage and hours are unknown.

The 120ci side-valve inline-four is equipped with a single Marvel-Schebler updraft carburetor and produced 92 lb-ft of torque at 1,500 rpm when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. A refresh of the engine during the refurbishment included conversion to an alternator-based 12-volt electrical system.

No Reserve: 1950 Ford 8N Tractor

A hydraulically lifted three-point hitch assembly is mounted at the rear, along with a PTO that was factory rated at 27 horsepower.
