This 1957 Lamborghini DL-30 tractor was imported to the US from the UK by the selling dealer in 2016 and is powered by a water-cooled MWM 1.8-liter twin-cylinder diesel engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. The tractor is finished in red and gray and equipped with dual headlights, a steel seat, and period tires. A coolant change was reportedly performed two months ago. This DL-30 is offered with a Missouri bill of sale.
The tractor features a red hood and gray fenders, chassis, and fuel tank. Dents are noted on the hood along with corrosion on the bottom of the radiator support. Holes in the hood above the headlights are said to be from auxiliary lights that have since been removed.
Red-painted steel wheels wear Pirelli tractor tires up front and Alliance tires at the rear, all of which are older and show signs of dry rot.
Levers and pedals for the brakes, transmission, and accessories are equipped alongside a steel seat for the operator. The gray dashboard doubles as the rear of the fuel tank and houses an oil pressure gauge as well as switchgear of mixed age.
The water-cooled Tipo KD-12Z 1.8-liter diesel twin features a Lamborghini cylinder head and was supplied by Motoren-Werke Mannheim AG, who was an engine supplier to Lamborghini Trattori during the 1950s. Shifting is through a 4-speed manual transmission with reverse gear. A modern battery has been fitted, and the coolant was changed in 2019 according to the selling dealer, who reports the presence of some oil leaks.
A start-up and engine idling video is provided above, and a driving clip can be viewed below.
